The filling is laid out on top of the dough. Bake until golden brown, let cool.

It may seem to many that the Attack and Use Stage dessert dishes - incompatible. This is not true. From the allowed products you can prepare a lot of desserts that will enrich and diversify the menu of losing weight.

Knead dough of 2 eggs, a pack of low-fat cottage cheese, 2-3 tablespoons of ground bran. Add salt and sweetener to taste. To make the cheesecakes more aromatic - use vanilla. The resulting mass is decomposed into silicone molds and steamed in a slow cooker or a double boiler for about 40 minutes.

Egg yolks mixed with sweetener and lemon mass - all this is cooked in a water bath until thick, constantly stirring. Cool and add 3 whipped until strong foam protein. At the family council, we decided to collectively go on the Dukan diet. The first stage - Attack - was given to us quite easily, although we sat on it for more than a week.
