First of all, the diet for arthritis should be rich in fresh vegetables and fruits. They alkaline urine, contain large amounts of vitamins, improve the excretion of feces and, with them, toxins, prevent constipation and normalize weight.

What should not be used for arthritis?

By adhering to a certain diet and not including banned foods in your diet, you can significantly alleviate the symptoms of the disease: reduce inflammation and pain, reduce swelling, and get rid of increased body weight.
